QALab it "...collects and consolidate data from several QA tools, like pmd, checkstyle, FindBugs and Simian and keeps track of them overtime."
Just needs a plug in for code coverage (Clover) and stock prices. The checkstyle one probably needs to track the number of excluded files as well.
